4th ASST2022 Presentation Guidelines

All participant is required to prepare a pre-recorded (virtual) presentation.

Pre-recorded (Virtual) Presentation

You need to send us your pre-recorded presentation (with audio embedded to the presentation). Your virtual presentation will be live screened during the session and all participants will be able to watch and listen to your presentation. You then need to prepare for the Q&A session. Make sure that at the end of the pre-recorded presentation, you give your details so that participants may contact you if they have any queries with regard to your presentation.

Please note the following details for your Pre-recorded (Virtual) Presentation:

Make sure to test your microphone/headset before starting to record.
A presentation should not more than 10 minutes.
You are required to send the pre-recorded presentation with a proper title and a name on it to sekretariatasst@uitm.edu.my. The deadline for the submission of the virtual presentation is 31st August 2022.
If you have any technical problems, please do not hesitate to contact sekretariatasst@uitm.edu.my or Encik Faiez Suhaimin 0195676449. You will receive a link via e-mail prior to the conference to join the session.

Guidelines

Step and Procedure

Participants will be given SESSION CODE and MEETING PASSWORD for their respective session prior to the conference day by email.
On the conference day, participants that have received the invitation to a Webex Meetings will just need to click the big green button in the invitation and it then will take you right in.
Please verify that your Webcam, audio input/microphone and network connectivity set up before joining the conference call and to share your screen.
Maximum Time Limit for Pre-recorded (Virtual) Presentation is 10 Minutes (plus 5 minutes for questions and discussion). There will be session chair or moderator who will coordinate and moderate each presentation.
